The Red Haven peach is a freestone peach that produces a large, almost fuzzless skin over firm, creamy yellow flesh fruit. They are the one of the most common eating peaches. This peach is easy to grow and maintain; great for canning and freezing. Tree is heavy-bearing and less apt to get leaf spot. At maturity, it can reach a height of 25 feet. Ripens in late July. Self-pollinating. Requires 800-900 chill hours. USDA Zones 5-8.
